International patients
Travelling to the UAE for fertility treatment takes planning. We start by reviewing what you already have, so you know what a trip to Sharjah would actually involve before you book anything.
How it works from abroad
-
1
Send your details from home
Use the online request form or WhatsApp. Include any previous test results, scan reports or treatment records, even from another country. It usually saves repeating investigations here.
-
2
A consultant reviews your history
Before you book a flight, a consultant looks at what you already have and tells you what is realistic, what further testing is needed, and roughly how many days in Sharjah that means.
-
3
You receive a written plan and quotation
Stages, timings and costs in writing, so you can plan travel and budget before committing. Nothing is scheduled until you agree it.
-
4
Treatment in Sharjah
Consultations, laboratory work and procedures all happen at Sahara Healthcare City. Your consultant stays the same person throughout.
-
5
Follow-up after you fly home
Results and a written summary are shared with you, and with your own doctor at home if you would like your care coordinated.
Send your records for review
This is the free first step. A consultant reads what you already have and tells you what a trip to Sharjah would actually involve, before you book anything.
Practical questions we get asked
How long will I need to be in Sharjah?
It depends on the treatment and on how much testing has already been done at home. A monitored cycle typically requires being here for around two weeks around the collection and transfer stage. Your consultant gives you the actual window in writing before you book travel.
Can some of the testing be done in my own country?
Often yes. Recent, properly documented blood tests and scan reports are usually accepted, which reduces both cost and time here. Send what you have and we will tell you what still needs repeating and why.
Do you help with visas or accommodation?
We do not issue visas. Our coordinator can provide an appointment letter for your visa application and suggest hotels and serviced apartments near Al Nahda. Booking and payment for those remain yours.
Which language will I be seen in?
Consultations are available in English and Arabic. Tell us in advance if you need another language and we will say honestly whether we can arrange it.
How is my information protected?
Records are held in an access-controlled system, visible only to authorised clinic staff, and every access is logged against a named account. Details are handled under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. See our privacy policy.
Can my own doctor stay involved?
Yes, and we would encourage it for anything needing follow-up at home. With your written consent we share your reports and treatment summary with them.
